Vietnamese property developer BIM Group will develop a Singaporean-style housing project at the Halong Marina Urban Area in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
The diversified BIM Group is offering attractive promotions to
buyers of Green Bay Village, the first gated community in harmony with
the environment in northern Quảng Ninh Province, in September.
Syrena Viet Nam will open limited sales of shophouses and garden houses
of Green Bay Village in Halong Marina Urban Area in northern Quang Ninh
Province on June 26.
Syrena Viet Nam Investment and Development Jsc (Syrena Viet Nam), on
March 20 will launch Green Bay Village and Lotus Residences in Ha Long
City, northern Quang Ninh Province.
Some 70 per cent of Green Bay Village townhouses offered for sale in
Quang Ninh Province on December 20 have received deposits for purchases
from buyers.
The development of the property sector along with rising income are
promoting residents in urban areas to pay more attention to their health
and quality of their living environment.
